I use the micro to heat when I am not wanting to wait the time... but time is always better.
I just blast the shirt (in the bag) 30 seconds each side, feel if it is hot - then blast it 30 more... then let sit to cool.
You just don't want to boil the dye or water in the shirt, as it makes strange things happen... so heat to steam - but not to boil.

i ty dyed my sheets and comforter and it turned out awesome but i couldnt do any of your coolness...i dont have the skills lol
