Farningham R'n'R Jam 10-April-2011 Dave Jacobs Mature, Free & Single. Please read before watching

Last year was the worst year in my life but this year so far is looking like the best, touch wood. When your on your own, you are forced to do things and in particular, new things. Apart from the usual household chores, I have found something locked deep inside me for 60 years come out, singing ( ole no! ) I don't expect to ever be a good singer like Dave Rivers, Johnny Angel & Nigel Skinner but at least I'm having a go. I have learnt a few tips from watching this video lke :
Don't keep drawing away from the mic.
By a decent pair of glasses.
Have the music stand high enough to read.
and of course
Learn the bloody words.
Hope you don't have a good laugh at my expense !!!
The muso's with me are Tony Casey, bass (Vernon & the GI's, Johnny Angel & the Nomads, The Jaguars etc ) and my trusted drummer, Barry Phillips etc etc etc ( The King & I ), come to think about it, he's got something in common with Yul Bryner lol . Also clock my mate Little Ray on guitar off stage and watch the nifty moves! Ray, fancy the next dance !!!!
