untrue actually, pre ejaculate has been proven to only be lubricant and only contains sperm if the male has recently ejaculated and there is still sperm left in the urethra, but even in that case there are only a few thousand sperm, nowhere close to the amount need to attempt pregnancy. Sperm is produced in the testicles and is not released into the urethra until a male orgasm so no orgasm no sperm microscopic chance of pregnancy
