I never understood the logic to this attack.

Pegasus powers up her spiral scepter to the moon kaleidoscope but the only way she can use it is if Rini calls pegasus with her bell. What if Rini ended up a victim of the day or got sick?

I like the special effects on twinkle yell. that was a move that always looked a little bit plain, needed to be fancied up a bit.

on the attack itself... maybe a little overdone. LOTS of sparkles and you can't even see the wand sometimes.

I love LOVE the effects on the enemy at 0:58 though, looks great
