    1. are you a certified trainer?

    2. This work out, she leans back when rowing to the sides (while seated) should the back be more erect and how far back are you twisting your back?

    3. LOL are you twisting your back ?

    4. What fitness level should be doing this, absolute beginner/hasnt worked anything but a spoon to olympic athlete?

    5. What weight kettle bell should you start using to do this ?
