I think you can still see dome of rocky's character from the first movies in him from time to time.
And the situation is a little ovet the top but i think rocky reacted als he should is such a situation, i think he would have reacted the same way if he was in this situation in the first movie

rocky 4 is my fav next to the first.....to this day its got one of the best soundtracks ever...back then when soundtracks always had a huge 80s hit on them, this one was filled with hits, made just for the movie...

these days, they just use songs that are floating around, its rare that artists make songs just for soundtracks.

i remember the movie Over The Top , i grew up on that flick ,  Rocky had a robot in the 80's , thats bad ass ..

Rocky 4 is my favorite.
The match between Rocky and Drago is the best one of them all in my opinion, both because of the fight just general is awesome but also because of the amazingly soundtrack "War"

love dat hearts on fire montage...he was fuckin beastin...drago needed steroids when rocky did it wit pure strength...long live rocky!!!
