The Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

  • Since this silhouette has a definite front and back, your can obviously see that it spins different directions when the different legs are put up... Sometimes the right leg is up and sometimes the left is up. When the leg changes, so does the direction of the spin.

  • @ISearchHere the interesting thing is that the image does not rotate completely. It just moves from left to right without completing full circle. you see it turn because you think the image should turn and your brain processes it that way. analyze it carefully and see

  • Weird. I saw her moving clockwise for the longest time. Not until I clicked forward in the video did I notice her moving the other direction - immediately. Then, I clicked later in the video, again, and saw her moving the opposite direction. It seems that if I preconceive a direction, I automatically assume it will continue to do so. Say, I anticipate the figure to move counterclockwise, it will move counterclockwise, and vice versa. Very, very interesting...

  • I can see both with ease
