It is absolutely The Berlin Project. I sang the vocal track and aranged the fucking cover on our first record when I was 14. We went on to release three more albums in North America and one in Japan. 1995-2005. Wiki the song. Or just take my word for it because it is a 14 year old version of ME singing. We just did a reunion show with The Ataris 3 weeks ago and played this song. For fucks sake.
