  • Dry means "boring" and "corny". And I still use this word "dry" here in Oz :)

  • Here in new York the word dry for ghetto people means corny... It's like" you mad dry." or I think it means stupid cuz some ghetto people are gonna be like " you look mad dry" where you got those sneakers from it look mad dry"..

  • Dry is being used in the Philippine Military Lingo...ask any graduate of PMA, even the tagalog translation "Tuyo"...its been there since the academy started...until now. It means to disobey or not to do what you were told to do...
