Ian Eastwood-Young Lions-CCC-"It's In Our Hands"-Bjork

HEY everybody...it's Ian! just wanted write a little something in the description about this piece...This piece means a lot to me because it is about controling your OWN future or your OWN destiny...and because of the message behind it i decided that the new year would be an appropriate time to choreograph to this to this and it has been in the vault ever since! Just needed the right venue to teach it at...and our "contemp" workshop with Erica was the perfect opportunity for it. Some people may or may not think this is contemporary or hip hop or idk what. lol...to me this is just dancing...this is my raw natural movement without the swag that i sprinkle on top when i dance to a hip hop track lol. So whatever genre you think it is...i hope you all like it cuz it's a lil different from what people are prob use to seeing from me. Many more like this to come in the future...gotta switch it up every once in awhile to keep things interesting! :)

P.S.-normally I would post a vid like this on MY channel but i really wanted this channel to start getting some attention because it represents something beautiful that me and my parents have created. SO SUBSCRIBE!

@crazycris211 -i think he's sponsored by discount dance supply =) , but you can go to local dance wear shops near dance studios or in dance studios and can probably find those same pants in the hip hop section.

@teodoronnie - it's all hard work, determination and drive. so many of his students are older than he is too, hasn't had as much training as he has. it's up to them if they want to push themselves harder to become better and develop their skills. =) I feel bad for anyone who lets themselves get intimidated, there is always going to be someone better. =)

@giannihowell -apparently he's versatile. He's skills are not only in hip hop but it looks like he has technical ability too. He has probably taken jazz and tap too, coming from Chicago where the jazz influence is very strong..

I think you all looked great. You should definitely try a contemp piece with Elysandra again. Move together; as one instead as individuals like in this piece. (not sure if that made sense) I think it would work out great. Your range of motion would work quite beautifully together. :)
