This is not 700 tons or tonnes. Most probably 700 pounds or perhaps 700kg.

"Shattered two houses windows 15km away", while barely wobbling the camera under 100m away?

According to the uploader's other videos, he was 17 years old at the time this video was uploaded, while he "was working at this site", so I'm pretty dubious of what he claims. Maybe someone gave him this video and told him it was 700 tons as a joke.

@asteroceras The camera is mounted (cool invention huh? ), there is no indication of distance, your claim of 'less than 100m' is a loose a claim as saying you know how big the wall face is and how heavy and deep the explosives were.
