[DnB Arrange] Panty & Stocking Theme

There was a recorded stream on the 26th for a P&S-only party in Japan. The following is a rip, mastered in a fashion that is slightly more pleasant than what was streamed and very listenable, courtesy of Renard. Information behind this track is unknown. Crapshoot is that Shimamura may be behind it for its percussion, though that's only worth so much.

If anyone knows the genius behind this relic please drop a comment.

Much like more tracks in the stream this one isn't anywhere yet and a true version will probably never surface (at least sometime soon). I'm sorry for the Touhou brigade but this is the sort of thing that needs to go around. I don't have any other account which would be deemed fit for this upload.
This is really good and must be shared. It's the sort of track that is always surprising from a japanese arranger.

If you're a fan of music loosely then it shouldn't matter in the end. It's hard not to actually love it like all hell in a basket.
