This person is just a fool, Guru can never fall down. these so called sanyasi's that fall down NEVER was Guru, thats why they fall down, exepting sanyasa before full realization,before full surender is one cause. Prabhupada gave instruction on who is Guru, take the time to understand who is Guru, dont be a sheep following blindly ask the right questions and learn from the perfect master what the right answers should be, many are there just to fool people, it is kali yuga, after all.

Not only that, the GBC THEMSELVES says their gurus are falling down from taking sins, so they know about this verse, and the know they are violating it. In 1988 Gaura Govinda wrote the GBC paper - ISKCON gurus are sometimes demons. @mahabrahmana Kanisthas are not supposed to take karma, Prabhupada says that if the kanistha takes post of guru and absorbs sins: he "will eventually become degraded" (Nectar Of Instruction) and he also said the neophytes will fall down, get sick or both. And yet the GBC says that they were ordered to become diksha gurus, fall down and get sick etc.? No, they were ordered not to do that.
