Mayor Miller, is this the Toronto the world has to see?

Stop wasting money on "ban handgun graffiti" @ Bay & Queen Street! Spend some money from your plastic bag tax and land transfer tax grabs on places where mentally ill people can be cared for - off the street!

The state - including you Mayor Miller by your neglect - criminalises mental illness by throwing sufferers on the street where police and justice entanglements ensnare them.

Many go to jail where they get no support or treatment, many more get beaten by the police who are trained to prevail or kill people, not protect them from themselves. Those who survive are tossed back to the streets to go through it again.

This tortured soul was seen wandering in traffic 30 minutes later, knocking on car windows.... You have a problem Mayor Miller, a big problem. It is only a matter of time until he hurts somebody or he himself gets hurt or killed.
As they keep wandering the streets, we'll keep putting them out there for you and the world to see - to shame you into taking meaningful action.

It's time Mayor Miller, it's time.
