You Are Enough

http://www.lettinggo.tv I have a radical thing to tell you. Right here, right now, you're already enough. You're whole and complete and perfect as you are, but most of us don't feel that way. We're running around our whole planet, consuming and consuming and consuming and trying to accomplish things, trying to find purpose, trying to find meaning, trying to do all sorts of things in order to just cover over the feeling if I'm not enough. But if you allow yourself to notice that it's just a feeling, that right here, right now, behind all feelings is this feeling of completeness, this feeling of wholeness. You can discover that you can let go of that feeling of "I'm not enough." You can also let go of the feeling of "I don't have enough." And the more you let go of that feeling of "I'm not enough" and "I don't have enough," the more likely you are to have it all. And then also, the more likely you are to feel whole and complete within yourself because that's the underlying truth.

Both feelings were very prevalent in my life, but they were running beneath the surface and I didn't realize it. Now I know some of it is still left over there, and I whenever it pops up I do the triple welcoming and let it leave.
