Ugandan dancing. This dance is from the cattle-keeper tribes, you can see the women making movements with their hands as if they were cow horns (Ugandan cows have big horns!). It's a dance for older women, because it is slow

  • This is actually a dance from Rwanda though its done by Ndere troupe of Uganda. It's beautiful, if only it were a longer clip...
