@captainsurfcaster many thanks for alerting me to this - I would never have discovered it otherwise. Great to hear it again

Stuart Maconie played 'Jubilation' on 'The Freakier Zone' on Friday (3rd Nov.).; if you're quick you can hear it on the 6Music iPlayer. What a strange piece of music!

@kentishbloke It's All About was re-titled Tobacco Road in the U.S.

This album was underrated. Spooky Tooth made very good albums but this one is fantastic

This album blew me away when I was a teenager. I'm not and never have been a Christian, but forty years on I can still appreciate the raw power and intensity. An extraordinary album - many thanks for posting.
Don't suppose anyone could upload Have Mercy and Jubilation, the only two racks not on here?

When a few friends would come by and do a bit of the acid, I would sneak this on the turntable after they were off and freak the hell out of them. You can do the same thing with Pink Floyd when you put on he song just before , Careful with that axe Eugene. God the 60s and early 70s were fun.

I'm a Christian and take no offense to this awesome amazing piece..in fact the lyrics are from a Psalm right out of Holy writ...Love Love Love...
too bad ceremony supposedly ruined or destroyed spooky tooth or at least their future as a band. luther's blistering, feverish and frenetic solos on this lp, mike harrison's powerful, soulful, blues- drenched vocals, and mike kellie's steady, yet always imaginative and persistant percussion are superb throughout the entire album. this and have mercy feature some of luther's greatest soloing. another great post, tim. thanks.

@gmpeckg I saw Luther twice with Spooky (68-69) and with Mott and Widowmaker, but IMHO he never topped this !

Good Grief Grosvenor! Next to 'Evil Woman', this has to be his best recorded performance. Totally off the rails...full of emotion and that wreckless, grab your balls and say 'f*ck it!' battle-cry that was Luther's alone. And the ending? Unreal....
