had a good career but injuries have really hurt him the last few years, it's what screwed up his form and why Chelsea and Liverpool have got rid of him. Good player, very good technique also.

joe cole really impressed me, in the 2006 world cup, he´s got a lot of talent, skill, creativity..he scored one of the best goals, in the world cup.

@walkon007 He's not a winger that was one of the huge problems in his development. He's said in countless interviews his favourite position is no 10, he never got a chance to play there. Mourinho made him into a very effective winger but he could have been a world class playmaker. Hopefully he still can be Lille play him and Hazard in free roles and he's flourished in France.

Joe Cole reminds me of Steve Mcmanaman. Both amazing talent, full of dribbles but seriously underrated. England dont understand what they are missing, they need these type of talent to win the world cup. They can forget about WC or Euros with the current wingers.
