Now Rich Fagan is straightened out, but Tom Oteri is dead. Oh well. Life's not fair, is it?

He's had an interesting life - he was roomat'e with Tom Oteri - Cheri Oteri's father - she was in Saturday Night Life.

But he had a problem with Alcohol and one night he got into a fight with Tom Oteri and took out a pen knife and slit Tom's wrist - by the time he realized what happened - Tom Oteri told him to leave in a short time - Tom was dead - and Fagan was arrested for a DWI - but later sent back to jail for Murder. Autopsy revealed that Tom had died of a Heart Attack.
