Not true I have a bunch of friends from Brasil. They all pernounce word slightly different in Portugues, because of their regions. Also the Portugues language didn't have Y and W until recently. Ws in Portugues can also be pronounced as Vs. They only reason for this change was the interduction of English names and words? B.T.W here English is sadly understood to anyone, even those who don’t speak to people from Brasil.

for some reason, i feel like when brazilians mispronounce words in english.. they do it on purpose. like when all brazilians say "guard", it comes out "gwuahd", but they put emphasis on it, as if they are saying, thats how it really should be pronounced.

ik thats not really wat theyre thinking, but for some reason i always get pissed wen brazilians mispronounce words even a little because i feel like they really could say it correctly, but choose not to.
