  • No shit jdog, Poundstone is 310 and ripped. Jackson competes at like 242. Look at the size difference before making dumbass remarks.

  • Derek Poundstone would eat this guy alive.

  • @wrenchme national and world record...it wasn't that hard to hear

  • @wrenchme lmao I thought I misheard that and thought.. 'oh.. i'll just check the comments'.. sure enough.. hahahahaha

  • "nnnnoo lift..."

  • he could have pushed his chest out which causes the back to extend and completes the lift...but way easier said than done

  • what the hell is a national world record ! dumb fuck

  • Strongest bodybuilder. LMAO. Even Ronnie would lift that with one hand.

  • @LexingtonLanePlummer No, no and no again. First off: This man is amazingly strong, not WR-strong, but strong as a bull. There is also a strong correlational relationship between muscle size and it's strength. Sure there are different types of training and this guy trains more for sarcoplasmatic than myofibrillar growth than common lifters. But if big muscles aren't a reliable predictor variable, why are all the heaviest WRs held by huge men?... You don't make sense
