Racist? I support immigration and understand why illegal immigrants would come here seeking a better life for their families they have to leave behind. I understand why a Latina would feel her background would make her more compassionate than your average old white guy. Europe invested in our mortgages because they were duped by banks, and the US govt fed this idea that home ownership equalled success instead of thrift and hard work. America itself is as wealthy as an ununited Europe.
