  • when would u start using the bigger weights for ur arm training ????

  • I've always keep my extensions as one of the last movements with lighter weights for higher reps and usually slower rep speeds. I think this is one reason why I've never had any elbow problems. So your answer is never. The heaviest I've ever gone on this movement is 55-65 pounds if I'm fresh. On this day I was already shot before I got to this one.

  • would u go pretty heavy for movements that involve more power like skull crushers, overhead extensions, barbell curls, or dumbbell curls. or would u keep all of it HIT style ? p.s. i dont see u doing much in the way of any dumbbell pressing if u did do it would u use power hooks?

  • My first and second movements of the day are all trained heavier. I do use DB presses but am not using them in this phase. I don't use the power hooks.

  • would u use DB press's toward the end or beginning and would u use the 90 or 75 degree position ? i dont see big kenny in many vids these days whats he up to ?
