@sdawson689 .. India ranged from Persia to Mayanmaar and beyond. The people in the beginning were wearing persian hats.. that might have caused some doubts in your mind. But I can assure you that during those days people living close to the border of persia that is current pakistan use to wear those kind of hats. After partition many stayed back. Till today you can find people from Afghanistan in India. 2010.
