A 400-pound alien with razor sharp teeth lands in New Jersey and eats the first human he meets, an Italian sausage maker. Mickey McSorley, a tough, by-the-book detective who has a habit of narrating his own action, takes the case and tracks "The Creature" down. Love enters Mickey's life in the form of shapely Judge Cohen, a bleeding heart liberal who pities the monster and gives the juvenile offender "softer" rights and protection. When romance blossoms between The Creature and Cohen, Mickey must act in a hurry before the Italian Judge becomes supper for this alien who is quickly gobbling up "Little Italy."

no a sequal is a chain of movies 1 2 3 4 5 etc a remake is a movie re shot with updates scripts updated special effects etc so i was right as I do multimedia in college
