If you commit a crime in America and don't hold an American passport, you'll do your jail time and be put on the first flight 'home' -- even if 'home' is a country you left as a refugee when still a child.

  • But then the U.S. should deport all the white caucasions in jails back to russia , france, italy european countries, even if they don't speak the russian, french, italian etc.

A lot had to join gangs to protect themselves from racism in the U.S.

and now latins, africans, asians are the only ones singled out for deportation.

  • @khmer209racer

it is not the matter of agree or disagree.

If you commit a crime then u take the punishment, these gangster (no matter the color) who fired weapon on the street in gang war probably accidentally shot innocent people who were at the wrong place, you care about the right of these criminals , do you care about the innocent people who became victims ? their family need to put up with this for rest of life ! :(

  • If you do the crime, you have to pay for your consequences. These guys aren't victims. Life is hard, doesn't mean you take the easy way out and join gangs and commit crimes.

  • I'm glad my parents and grandparents came to US. I wouldn't be born here and go to college.

  • @sk8154 ur argument is stupid....they do get sent back if they are not a citizen of the US..People have been offered deportation over prison time and have gladly accepted. These gang bangers are fucking stupid..their goal is to make money and live the life but they like shooting people and grabbing the authorities attention which is a brilliant move for a criminal organization...C'MON DUDES UR ASIAN BE SMART MAKE SMART MOVES AND DONT CRY. what makes u laugh will also make u cry live with it

  • AHem people who feel bad for these guys are just suckas....the law states that if you spend a certain amount of time in jail and not a citizen your out...this is not just for asians retarts its for all non american citizens who commit serious crimes...and why are these people complaining, its part of the life....u do the crime prepare for your punishment when you get caught...if you they were smart and not a bunch of dumb fucking thugs they wouldnt have gotten caught in the first place.

  • People like this is like plaque to society. Particularly, to the Cambodian culture which was once a descendant of a powerful empire. It's a shame that after the holocaust of the Pol Pot regime, people like this convict has chosen their fate instead of educating them self to become a productive member of society. Even when I was a teen, I was more intrigued with science and technology than to be convinced to join gangs like it was some herd going through a slaughter house!

  • Shit. I'm cambodian, i'm glad his ass is outta here. Do the crime get the fuck out. They should expand this rule to all ppl.

  • alot of people on here are quick to judge others. back in the 80's and 90's asian were being pick on by other ethnic gangs. a man can only take so much especially when your young , alot of young khmer kids being killed by hispanic gang. Hispanic gang member was born here in the u.s, so no deportation 4 them. thats why county jail are over crowded. khmer dont know what a gang is.. until we expose to it..

  • cambodia is much better than america bommer that my cuzzo

  • mang fuck the u.s government they dont give a shit bbout nobody im khmer and this is bullshit it not our fault we didnt kno shit yo
