Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to try and come up with something to help with that. Otherwise you have to kick dirt or a wood scrap under a foot when it's tippy.

Some people get the MS-109 Stop for this stand. It's a pretty simple design, but it doesn't cost much and sure comes in handy when making multiple cuts the same length.

Where are the adjustable legs? Finding a level surface at a job site is next to impossible.
