For the Manchester Science Festival held in October 2009 we held an exchibition at the Museum of Science and Industry celebrating 40 years of the Internet and shocasing the work of five engineers. Trevor Bishop form the BBC demonstrated their live link unit; Chris Bretten and Andrew Akka from EyeWimax talked about the latest development in Wimax broadband Internet access; and Vincent Lynch and Samer Tufail from Salford Electronics demonstrated electronic tagging and tracking technology.
