Locks of Love is a fraud, they don't meet the Better Business Bureau's Standards for Charity Accountability. Almost all of the hair is either sold or goes to waste basket, and even the 1 percent that goes to alopecia patients isn't free. Don't get conned by these liars.

Isnt 1% better than none. even if they only give one little kid back some self esteem. After shaving my head for them i also started volunteering with kids who suffer from hair loss and the stories they tell are horrifying. how other kids bully them so even if they only help one child and make that one kids life better isnt it worth it.
