  • I never knew that you had to "turn your body" instead of turning your neck/head to breathe.

    Interesting.

  • Being tall such as 6ft is an advantage in swimming ?

  • I read that 6ft joke in every swimming video... someone is desperate for attention, or many are copying a comment, btw how much they pay for being a top comment?

  • I prefer the fisting method he suggests

  • Ijiijijikiiok Kikiiiikik

  • hmmm. I'd always thought turning your entire body to breath is inefficient. But then again, I'm a classic race swimmer as opposed to an open water triathlon swimmer.

  • @keithdechief1 thanks it has been months since i dropped the comment and i actually grew 3 inches by regular swimming and from w....helpogrowth.commmm

Hahahahaha you have been duped ! - your faster through the water on your side by far as less drag, breathing within the rotation makes it part of the entire movement and the heads not directing or twisting your forward propulsion.

  • @TheLeilisa

If your tall you will have bigger feet which are more flipperlike, probably a more slender profile and longer forearms for the catch phase so you should be suited to it.

  • Being taller really isn't that much of an advantage

  • in swimming lessons they told us not to turn the body but only turn the head, cause its faster.
