Yes, all swings are similar to an underhand throw motion.  Left side moves first, then the body rotation, then the release. Thanks for the comment.

Thx Mel...would you say the fairway wood swing is more of a throwing motion ?? I've stopped your swing at 3:00 and you resemble a shortstop throwing over to first base
