  • Current political thinking is boxed in by the 'labeling' paradigm. A cannabis reform advocate is not a pothead rather a person who advocates reform. Every person who is convicted of cannabis related offences has been politically 'labeled'. Only restorative justice principals including refund of fines (with interest) and a full apology for any and all harms will suffice to make good this anachronism. There is nothing MORAL about legal sanctioned prejudice targeting 'those' people. Good stuff...
