Don´t forget, that if u do this make sure you aren´t being chased by guards, since most of the city´s can´t be entered from the outside if u jump over the wall. and if ur being chased u can´t fast travel

Yep. You'll just have the placeholder buildings, which you can walk through and they're all really low res. Like I said, the city and the outside are on two different cells, might as well be two seperate universes.

It's perfectly normal and saves a significant amount of processing power. What's the point of having textures on the stuff when no-one will see them?

At least, no one would see them under normal circumstances.

@Pringlulz Oh, is that the issue with the levitating thing? Someone told me that if you levitate into a city over the gates, the city won't load. Is that true? I don't have this game, by the way.

See, the cities and the outside are on two different cells, when you fuck with the game by jumping over the walls instead of using the gates, then you get to see an immersion-breaking non-landscape.

also I think you mean mesh without a texture.

What the hell's wrong with your landscape? A lot of the hills that you're on have nothing beneath them. It's like a texture without a mesh.

you can jump out at the arcane univesity by drinking 8 skoomas (drink 4 then drink 4 agian reall fast) . you jump at the stairs at the entrance. you can also jump into the university if your not already a member
