I share your pain. I hate random card rules. It's so stupid. Especially if you go against the Card Queen. Do you know if the White SeeD ship can still be located either by Ragnarok or the Garden once your visit with Edea's SeeDs has passed on and head to Esthar? I went to that outlet w/ both vessels and it's not there. I'm just looking to get Angelo's Card just for the feeling of accomplishment of having all the cards for a change once I finish Pupu's side quest also.
