  • I don't think this problem has much to do with temperature, I brew at 94 degrees and know that a degree can make a difference but not when the machine has the problem. I think. When making the espresso you should try to keep as many brewing factors the same (or as close as possible) find a tamp style and stick with it.

    Your brew pressure gauge is faulty, It should be extracting at 9bar or pressure and before brew - between 6 and 8bar.

  • Looks more like a dosing/tamping and temp issue.,., you should try again with the temp higher, the grind less fine and tamp with slightly less pressure.. ;)
