Fixed some clipping issues (still needing to fix the power cord completely though) and textured it.

I like how well-designed this is, but it would be incredibly hard getting headshots on this. I don't main Sniper but I don't see this as particularly balanced, so I wouldn't want to see it in-game. Sorry.
