Dude check your PM's! I'm requesting your AIM/MSN/E-mail. I'm planning an awesome tournament that I think you'd be interested in.

Ah man, you're a life saver. I was wondering how to make and add stages in this game. Making characters is pretty easy, but I wasn't sure how to make my own levels. Thanks a lot man.
One thing I wanted to ask though... did you lift your stages from the games, or did you just recreate them yourself in Paint? If you lifted the stages from the games, how did you do it?

booooooo meaning it bad because theirs no double dragon characters
No, you don´t understand. It's a software or something? what's its name?.

It's simply editing the TXT and BMP files that come with the game.
But if you meant, how to get the game, read the comments on this video for details:

Alright, your tutorial was a big help as far showing you how to create custom stages. However the part where you show how to create characters was a little hard for me to understand.dobe PS 7.0 am I doing something wrong here? and Adjust the vertical height? What is that? I use Adobe PS 7.0 am I suppose to use paint? and when you add your graphics why does it looks so shitty? the bmp image wont let you drag other images onto it without it coming up looking shitty.

Yeah I used Paint. Much simpler, and simpler is easily better for things like this.

How do you do stuff like that?

Other than the finishing move at the end and the transitions between the levels (both which were just common video effects), everything you need to know is in this video from 5:40 to 7:07.
