I am so anxious to start the program. I have read the protocol on your site but have not read the actual book in his entirety or the other guys book. Do you think it is safe to start now or do I need to do months and months of research? I don't want to spend three months researching when I could be losing during these three months. what do you think

@tougaloo4 Reading Pounds & Inches is really all you need to do which only takes an hour maybe. Its important to do the protocol as its written so you get the best results.

hello, I am new to hcg, i actually just ordered it. I am looking to lose 100-130 lbs. I am really excited and like every else has said, i can't thank you enough for all the effort you put into to sharing with others. I had a question. Do you take the hcg before you sleep? i am looking over the pounds and inches i haven't finished it yet, but i was wondering why you take if before sleeping? is it to help keep us not hungry?

@ShainBrain1 If you choose injections, you take your dose once a day-most do it first thing in the morning. If you choose sublingual, you dose twice a day - once in the morning and again at night (around 12 hrs. apart).

Thank you so much for all your info. I am the kinda person who just wants the answers. I am getting ready to order my HCG through the website you recommend. I have the homeopathic currently being delivered to me that I will just send back now that I have been better educated thanks to you. I am a bit confused as to the meaning of "rounds". I want to lose 40 lbs. how many 5000 IUs ampules/vials should I order.

@mom2gavinkim To lose 40 lbs. you should order at least 6 of the 5000 IU's of hcg. You will most likely need to do 2 rounds of 40+dose rounds.

mama clok isnt hcg wonderful? No more headaches trying to wack the fat off. I feel like a human again seriously. The fat was taking over until I had found hcg.

Thanks for getting back to me. lol i have tons of questions. I was just reading that we need to be careful with the makeup. I use liquid liner...have you heard if that is okay. Should i just look at the ingredients and avoid anything that says oil?

@nitamike you are right that 500cals is a very low intake of cals but if you do some research you will find that the cals in your stored fat that is gonna be drawn into your bloodstream ups your intake of cals considerably and thats why you aint hungry on this diet and that also is why it isn't dangerous.
