I Gotta Find You part 2

sry for lack of updates but im Love struck... Won't post anything else tonight, I think...

She fumbled with her phone. Shaking, she dialled the number to her mother's cell phone. She answered after one ring.
- M-m-m-mom! She stuttered. The tears started to stream down her face.
- Honey, isn't this great?! Her mother could hear the short ragged breaths on the other end.
- Y-y-y-eah but... I'm so scared! Her mother stopped walking; she had been on her way to the car.
- Honey, there's nothing to be scared of!
- What if I'm not the Chelsea he expects... I might have changed. Her mother sighed.
- Chelsea Alexa Parker, I have known you all your life and you are still the same. Chelsea took a breath.
- Mommy, do you think you still have Mrs. Jonas's number. She crossed her fingers.
- Hmm... You know what, I might. I will cal you back when I know, okay hon?
- Okay I guess... Chelsea pressed the end button and collapsed on her bed. The tears streamed down her face. What was she so worried about? If he wanted to meet her then she shouldn't be afraid. Was it her fan feelings? No... It was different... It was something else... It was love. Not the sisterly love... The other kind. The kind of love that makes you want to spend your life with the person you love. The relationship kind. The LOVE love. Yes, that was what it was. Love.

The Jonas' were sitting in the living room, watching the TV as Mrs. Jonas's phone went off.
- Nick will you pick up? Mrs. Jonas asked as her phone was closer to him than to her. Nick picked up the phone.
- Hello? The voice on the other end was quiet for a while, then the woman spoke again.
- Nick, I presume? It said, you could hear the woman smile on the other end.
- Yes, it's me who am I talking to? Everyone looked amused at him. He shrugged.
- Adriana Parker, if you remember me? Joe's best friend Chelsea's mother? Nick dropped his jaw.
- Oh My Gosh, Mrs Parker! Everyone's head shot up. Joe looked as if he was going to kiss Nick for saying those words.
- Hi Nicholas, how are you? Mrs. Parker smiled.
- Not bad at all... Do you want to talk to my mom? Nick felt a little sad. Mrs. Parker had once been like his other mother and he did want to talk to her, but he knew that his mother, and most importantly Joe wanted to speak to her.
- Yes please! Mrs. Parker said. Nick handed his mother the phone. Mrs. Jonas went into the kitchen to get some privacy. Joe looked as if he wanted to run up to his mother, take the phone from her and ask Mrs. Parker if he could speak to Chelsea. Kevin gave Joe a look that clearly said "wait". Joe sighed. He wanted to speak to Chelsea more than anything; he knew his brothers understood him.
- Joseph, you will get to talk to her! Kevin said, placing a hand on Joe's shoulder.
- Well... I want to talk to her NOW! Joe looked and sounded like a little 6-year old, nagging on his parents for ice cream. It made Nick smile.
- Hold on... He went up to his mother and simply grabbed the phone.
- Mrs. Parker, I know you and my mom have a lot of catching up to do, but I have a feeling someone wants to know something about someone over here... Joe ran up to his younger brother and planted a kiss on his cheek. Nick laughed and started to rub his face. Joe smiled and took the phone.
Hearing Mrs. Parker's voice was a blessing. It made memories flood every inch of his body. He didn't want to lose the feeling, but he had to ask her something, something very important. He took a breath.
- Mrs. Parker, can I have Chelsea's number? He heard her smile.
- Well, why don't you ask her? Joe started to jump up and down in excitement.
- She's there?!
- She is, hold on. Joe stopped jumping as he realized what he was about to do. He wondered what Chelsea's voice sounded like. Was she still crazy about M&M's? Was she okay? Did she have a boyfriend? The questions flooded his brain and made him lose track of time and place. His heart did a flip flop as he heard her voice.
