plank exercises are amazing for your abs, use them in conjunction with pushups and you get amazing results!!

i.e. hold plank for 20 seconds and go straight up to 20 pushups, rest for 1 minute then do again

If we don't have our hair up and out of our face at dance practice, then we have to hold this for like 3 minutes, I never wear mine up, i have incredible abs,
