Absolutely priceless. I knew Edwards was a low-life even before he cheated on his dying wife. This is such a definitive event for liberals. They hitch their wagon to an ambulance chaser and a man who recommended himself for Purple Hearts so he could get out of danger. Funny thing is you never heard a liberal express regret for supporting Edwards......this is because liberals do not possess remorse, regret or shame....they just double down and call you a racist when they're proven wrong.

Mellencamp has long been a populist Democrat. Very outspoken during the Reagan years against conservative economic policies. Listen to the lyrics of "Pink Houses" again; he's a solid guy.
Also his 2003 song "To Washington" was a far more forceful indictment of Bush and the pending war in Iraq than anything other sings (ie. Dixie Chicks) had said, and he fortunately escaped condemnation.
Give his music a second try; he's a slightly more hickish Springsteen and I mean that as a compliment.

"Who are you here to see tonight"? We're all here to see the little peckered John Edwards. He fathered our love children while his wife was dying of cancer. He's a greedy trial lawyer but we think he will make a great President. It's either him or Barrack Hussein who got his start in the living room of an avowed terrorist so it's a toss up for us.
