Nevada Senator Harry Reid and Filipino Congressman and boxing champ Manny Pacquiao met today in Washington. Prior to their shared press conference, both men exchanged their country's flags with one another.

Manny makes all Filipinos proud around the globe. Manny will never lose another fight... he will beat Mosley, a fighter who I admire... and he will beat Floyd in November this year... it is his destiny. Manny is already bigger than life at age 32. Thank you Congressman Pacquiao for all that you do for the Filipino people.

How could you hate this man, Manny Pacquiao? He is a ferocious warrior inside the ring, but a gentleman outside the ring. He's a hero to everybody, a good example to society, a fresh breath to the world engulf in war, hatred and divisiveness.

UNBELIEVABLE. This was a kid that ran away from home because his mom couldn't feed all of them, used to sleep on the street, used to sell doughnuts and flowers, who got into boxing to feed his family. Now being presented to the US Senate and meeting the President. And conducting himself in a very presidential manner. Congratulations and well done Manny.
