I hate Guza, but he throws these curveballs that display he possesses the skills to be an absolutely phenomenal storyteller. The juxtaposition of parent/child relations and the abortion is daring and poignant, the nonverbal details w/ L&L2 and Ric/Sam resonate to fullest extent possible, and this was when I knew there was SO much more to Maxie Jones/Kristen Storms . . . the emotion is palpable and I wanted to just jump. We haven't had a GH montage this good since "Frozen" probably.
