Prop. 7 actually expands the renewable requirements for all utilities from 20% to 50%. ALL wind and solar companies will benefit from this market growth, regardless of size.
By the way.. the opponents to prop 7 are funded by PG&E, Souther CA Edison and SEMPRA Utilities.
