That's my heart! I had a cardiac MRI done on August 26, 2009. Everything is normal. This starts out at the bottom of my heart and works its way up, taking slices. At the beginning, I think that's my liver. You'll eventually see my left ventricle, it's rather large, it will be large and towrds the bottom right of my heart. As you work up if you watch, you can see my aortic valve doing its job (no regurgitation). Towards the end you'll see the atriums, then my aorta taking blood to the rest of my body. Neat.

  • That is neat, thanks. :)

  • Hello, would you recommend an MRI for people who have MVP ( Mitral Valve Prolapse)? and/ or Postural Orthostatic Tachychardia Syndrome P.O.T.S?
