Hello there! In this video we examine how the necessary act of diagnosing a disease or disorder could have drastic implications in your ability to harness your healing potential. The two books that I reference in this episode are:

Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss
The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton

Also, for more information on epigenetics, I found an excellent video that aired on Nova. You can see it here: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/sciencenow/3411/02.html

  • Brandon, how very fascinating! Swameejos has been telling me about how you have helped her and now I can better understand the process. I sure wish I could become a patient. Very intelligent approach.

  • Thank you both for watching. Kellykat55, there are many fine holistic practitioners around helping to make the world a better place. Ask a friend in your area who can make a referral or visit the website of the NCCAOM which maintains a database of certified acupuncturists in the U.S.

  • one more thing...i watched the Nova epigenetics video you recommended in your episode description. FASCINATING! i've heard about this a little in the past and i'm curious to learn more :)

  • wow!! what can i say except this one hit home! i am so glad you covered this topic. i think many folks new to acupuncture need to know that it's more than just pins! it's about holistically healing and sorting out emotional stuff so the body is allowed to do its job--keeping homeostasis.

whether or not other viewers are normal acupuncture patients, i think this gives everyone something to work toward for their better health!

    super kudos! =)
