  • Oh man! I totally want to make this now! I want to use fresh noodles, but I don't have a pasta maker. D'oh!

  • @skdnow I want to get a pasta maker after watching Chef Vic, too! You can make his sauce (full recipe on my site) then cook your boxed spaghetti in water, like 4 minutes. Then add the flimsy, half cooked noodles to finish cooking in the sauce -- I tried it last night and while no Chef Vic, it was delish :)

  • What a great looking dish! The pasta looked good too! ;D

  • @kaybees49 lol1 I think you and @PlatypusGuitar are on the same wavelength! And I couldn't agree more :)

  • both the plate and the chef look delicious =)

  • @PlatypusGuitar A truer comment has never been made ;)

  • Averagebetty dat waz da great interview ever seen

  • I was making this crap when I was 4, and better too. I want a piece of all these so called "Great Chef's" in the Kitchen Stadium!

  • SO much SALT!

  • I'm italian and I'd like to say that usually we don't put sooo many basil leaves, usually is just one or two just to give the pasta an aromatic taste :) he ruined everything by adding those leaves (that's my non-chef opinion lol)

    :D

  • @averagebetty I like the reporter more, but I guess that's just a matter of taste. And sexual preference.
