Silencing your inner critic and negative self-talk 1/4

This segment (1 of 4) features me, Stever Robbins, host of the Get-it-Done Guy podcast http://getitdone.quickanddirtytips.com, presenting at the Coachville 2005 national conference. The topic was supposed to be leadership. We'd just had a macaroni and cheese lunch, and on the 3rd day of the workshop, more stuff about leadership would bore the place into a snore-fest. So instead, I improvised a presentation on the NLP technique called the "auditory swish," which you can use to turn self-criticism and negative self-talk into a positive, helpful internal voice.
