http://www.hi10spro.blogspot.com presents the second half of the wall warm up. If you can't warm up with a person, the wall will do. it's also a quick training tool. 20 minutes a day, and you hit more balls than if you play a set. I would do a 100 shots--100 volleys forehand, then backhand, then alternating. then groundstrokes, close, then far.
