This is the Dick Dean built replica owned by Barris which tours with his other cars - not one of the original 2 from the 60's.

Check out the other cars around it....Monkeemobile in the center. Towards us is none of than K.I.T.T. To the left of the Monkeemobile (in video at the right is) the Delorean from Back to the Future. And to the right of the Monkeemobile (our left) is the Batmobile.....all famous and classic cars. Of these, give me K.I.T.T. any day of the week and I treat it better than the ass behind the wheel of the Monkeemobile.

The supercharger on the Monkeemobile actually functioned when the car was first built, but was replaced by a mock up after Mike Nesmith nearly wrecked the car (And Nearly killed himself), peeling out during shooting of one episode of the Monkees TV series.
